Our Mission
At Backyard Midland, we are dedicated to bridging the gap in essential services for our homeless neighbors, especially on weekends when other resources may be scarce. Founded by Karl Boroski, our mission began with simple acts of kindness: sharing food from the back of a truck, raising funds for vital supplies like sleeping bags, tarps, and tents, and providing mobile showers to restore dignity to those in need. We are committed to serving our community by sharing our time, talents, and resources. Join us in turning compassion into action and making a tangible difference in the lives of our homeless friends.
